By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and human.

1. About us

BOAHDY ("we", "us", "our") sells fruit-powered body care online in India. You can reach us anytime at boahdy@gmail.com.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by email once accepted.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud — you'll be refunded in full if so.

3. Payments

We accept Card and UPI. Cash on Delivery is available in Ahmedabad only. Card details are never stored by us.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, charges and tracking are described on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns & refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products can't be resold. However, your happiness matters to us:

• If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email boahdy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
• We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Loyalty points earned on a refunded order are reversed automatically.

6. Complaints

Not happy with anything? Tell us — email boahdy@gmail.com and a real person will respond and make it right.

7. The Glow Club & loyalty points

• Points are earned on completed orders and have no cash value.
• Rewards and birthday gifts are subject to availability and may change.
• We may adjust or reverse points in cases of returns, errors or misuse.

8. Product & skin disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic body-care items, not medical treatments. Results vary from person to person. Always patch-test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, consult a professional before use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and the BOAHDY name — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page.
