Yes — you'll receive a tracking number once your parcel ships. If it hasn't updated in 48 hours, email boahdy@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened personal-care items, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email boahdy@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Any loyalty points earned on that order are reversed automatically.
